The top prize will be announced at the show. Each finalist also will receive a silver prize award.
The show, sponsored by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, is enormous, representing more than 180,000 specialty food products. Recent events have attracted from 19,000 to 24,000 attendees from specialty food, wine, gift and department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, mail-order and other related businesses. It’s held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.
Regular readers know that Creminelli and Caputo’s are featured periodically on this blog and justifiably so. More information about Creminelli in this blog can be found here and follow all of the respective links within that post.
